About the Event
A step-by-step class to learn how to make interesting shapes of pasta, using a classic egg dough and a vegetarian one without egg. We will roll and create long pasta and stuff Ravioli.
To complement your new skills you will also learn how to recreate a selection of pasta sauces using seasonal fresh ingredients. After a busy morning of hands on cooking we’ll then sit down and enjoy our dishes paired with wine and decadent chocolate dessert.
We will have plenty of pasta, so please bring one food container for leftovers to share it with the people you care about. Sharing food is a great act of love!
