About the Event

Italy is the ultimate foodie destination, and now, I want to take you there. So, pack your appetite and come with me as we journey to the traditional heart of Italian soul food.

On this special occasion, I am getting together with  Matilde from Matacooks to create the ultimate foodie experience in this special class: A Cooking Journey Through Italy!

During this step-by-step class, we will explore different regions of Italy, and you will attain the skills required to make an incredible 3-course traditional meal, from antipasto to dessert, to delight and entertain your family and friends.

Our culinary journey will start in Piedmont with a delicate and exquisite antipasto : Porc Tonnato. Then we will move south to dreamy Tuscany making one of the most famous and beloved Pasta dishes ever: handmade Pici with Cacio e pepe. A dive into the South of Italy making espresso in the most traditional way to enjoy the creamiest TIRAMISU!

For a complete Italian experience we will be matching the food with some great wines from Piedmont and Puglia.
