Fresh handmade ravioli filled with ricotta and slow roasted Spinach.
Keep refrigerated and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Serve in a simple tomato sauce or in brown butter sauce.
HOW TO STORE:
Ravioli are best the day of the delivery.
The second day they may look a bit wet because of the moisture in filling, but this is normal and they are still fine and delicious!

00 flour, eggs, semolina (Durum wheat), ricotta, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt, black pepper.
