Fresh handmade tortelloni filled with ricotta, spinach and lemon zest.
Each portion has 8 big tortelloni.
Keep refrigerated and cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes to your liking.
HOW TO STORE:
Tortelloni are best the day of the delivery.
The second day they may get a bit soggy because of the filling, but this is normal and they are still fine and delicious!

00 flour, eggs, semolina (Durum wheat), ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, lemon zest.
