Keep refrigerated and cook in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes to your liking.

Ideal to cook with Garlic Mushroom Sauce and super delicious with Bolognese Ragu. 



You can store fresh pasta in the refrigerator for 2 days, or you can freeze and store it for a month in the freezer.

Don't defrost pasta before cooking; simply drop the frozen nest of pasta into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes
